Which package should I choose?
Starter covers up to 3 pages, Business up to 6, and Premium up to 10. Choose based on both page count and required features. If you need custom functionality, request a free quote before choosing a plan.
How soon can my website launch?
Standard estimates are 2–3 weeks for Starter, 3–4 for Business, and 4–6 for Premium, starting after written acceptance, first payment, and receipt of required materials. Your quote confirms target dates; delayed feedback, scope changes, or provider issues can change the schedule.
How many revisions are included?
Starter and Business include 2 revision rounds; Premium includes 3. Each round is one consolidated list within the agreed scope. New features, pages, or extra rounds need a separate approved quote. Fixing our errors does not use a round.
Do I own my website?
Your original content remains yours. Ownership of custom project work transfers after full payment; pre-existing reusable components and third-party assets have their own licenses. Your quote lists the files and account access included in handover. On installments, you may use the launched site while payments are current.
Are hosting, a domain, and business email included?
Hosting, domain registration and renewal, business email, and paid tools are separate unless itemized in your quote. We identify the provider, price, renewal responsibility, and account owner before an approved purchase.
Do you write the text and provide photos?
Tell us whether you will provide content or need help creating it. Content writing, image sourcing, and licensing must be included in the agreed scope and price; do not assume they are included in every package.
How do the monthly payments compare with one-time prices?
One-time packages start at $250, $500, and $850, with 50% before work and 50% after preview approval, before launch or final handover. The 12 monthly payment options total $249.96, $500.04, and $849.96 and do not require an extra 50% deposit unless separately agreed. Confirm the selected option, extras, and applicable taxes in your quote.
What happens after the 12 payments?
Ownership of custom project work and the listed final files transfer after full payment. Ongoing hosting and maintenance are separate services unless expressly included. Your quote identifies what continues after the last installment.
Can I cancel my project or automatic payments?
Email bamswebsitebuilder@gmail.com with your quote number. Under the standard terms, final charges cover completed, client-approved milestones plus separately authorized, nonrecoverable outside costs. Payments are credited; overpayments are refunded, and unperformed future work is not automatically due. Existing agreements keep their accepted terms. Read the cancellation policy.
Can you update or redesign an existing website?
Yes. Send your website address and requested changes. Optional maintenance is $50 per month for up to 60 minutes of minor text, image, and link updates, with an initial response within 2 business days. Unused time expires monthly; larger work requires a separate quote. Redesign work starts at $200. New projects include 14 days of support for defects in our delivered work. Do you guarantee Google rankings or sales?
Search setup can include titles, descriptions, headings, and other agreed improvements. We do not promise a particular ranking, sales total, or number of leads. Results depend on competition, content, ongoing work, and other factors.
